This transformative endeavor comprised six buildings, totaling over one million finished square feet where Kraus-Anderson was responsible for developing the entire 200-acre site, construction of the 320,000 sf Omni Viking Lakes Hotel with one level of underground parking, 546,488 sf TCO Performance Center, Vikings HQ + Practice Facility, 23,100 sf Vikings Hall of Fame, 67,000 sf, two-story Innovation Center +525 car parking ramp, 78,000 sf, three-story Twin Cities Orthopedics medical office building, and 54,000 sf Sports Medicine Center building.
