When healthcare leader ProMedica wanted to have more of its Northwest Ohio medical offices under one roof and have a home for a new state-of-the-art Cancer Care Center to bring oncology services closer to home for the Perrysburg Community, they selected Rudolph Libbe Group (RLG) as the construction manager for its new Perrysburg Levis Medical Office Building. RLG successfully completed this modern, 84,000 sf building in the face of both weather and supply chain challenges. RLG leveraged advanced construction technology to successfully achieve the finished product, including Building Information Modeling, clash detection, Matterport, drone photography, and other building technology.
