The Pentucket Regional Middle High School (PRMHS) project involved the phased construction of a new, 3-story school spanning approximately 218,000 sf, integrating middle and high school student populations into a unified campus. The new school was built directly behind the existing, occupied school. Completion occurred in time for the 2022-2023 school year, followed by the demolition of the previous middle and high schools. Additional features, such as athletic fields and a 6,680 sf stadium building, were constructed in fall 2022, with the entire project achieving completion by summer 2023, aiming for LEED Gold certification.
