Built on a remediated 44-acre brownfield site, the casino includes indoor gaming, restaurants, and live entertainment areas, along with a multi-level covered parking structure to accommodate 2,400 vehicles.

The Rudolph Libbe Group’s ability to self-perform multiple construction services ensured the casino was built on a fast track with a phased guaranteed maximum price to accommodate the design schedule. Energy-efficient fixtures and special insulating features save five million kW in electricity.
