The Four Points by Sheraton is a new, 225-room hotel featuring a grandlobby; a full-service restaurant; 350-person banquet facility; 6,000 SF of meeting rooms; a third-floor swimming pool; seven floors totaling 266,600 SF; and two parking levels. The top floor features six, two-story loft guest rooms each with a bedroom, full bath, dining area, living room with fireplace, and a second ¾ bath.

The hotel was financed through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program whereby entrepreneurs are eligible to apply for a green card if they meet financial and job creation requirements for investing in the United States.
