KBE provided all construction field supervision for the tilt-up construction of this 600,000 sf, high-tech, robotic-driven water bottling plant. The one-story structure is located in Baltimore’s growing industrial district at TradePoint Atlantic. KBE’s responsibilities included project site supervision, document control, subcontractor workforce planning and coordination, safety and QC management, schedule management, and close-out processes.
