The 410,000 sf Kellogg School of Management building is located on the Evanston lakefront campus. The facility provides a home for the full-time Kellogg MBA program and the Department of Economics and features classrooms, flexible learning environments, faculty and administrative offices, community gathering spaces, and food service. The selected site, northeast of the Kellogg Allen Center (home to the Executive Education programs) provides the Global Hub with spectacular views of the campus, lake, and pond.

LEED Platinum Certification was achieved by community connectivity, access to public transportation, stormwater controls and water-efficient landscaping, optimized energy performance, regional and recycled materials, accessible thermal comfort, and lighting controls.
